About This Position
Position Description: The Admin and Data Coordinator of the Professional Development Center (PDC) will provide administrative and data support to establish the PDC at Restore Education in alignment with stakeholder needs, TWC outcomes, and career pathways adult education and training best practices. This will include direct responsibility for the development, collection, tracking and reporting of PDC metrics, outputs and outcomes to support project management, evaluation, goal attainment, and continuous improvement across all PDC activities. PDC activities include but are not limited to a cohort based professional development academy, multi-day symposium, regional events, webinars, online portal, contract database, and an employer resource hub, with the overarching goal to provide professional development and technical assistance. In addition to supporting data collection, tracking, and analysis, the position will also hold administrative duties including project tracking, meeting preparation and logistics, PDC calendar management and coordination, event logistics support, and regular report development. Reporting to the Project Manager, and supporting PDC leadership, the Admin and Data Coordinator will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a key team member integral to the establishment and successful execution of PDC activities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time hours with flexible schedule (some Evenings and Weekends required). Travel required up to 30% of time.
Location: Remote or hybrid (with location in the state of Texas required).
Responsibilities
Scheduling and calendaring of project meetings with PDC leadership, team members, contracted support and key stakeholders
Project meeting preparation to include securing agenda and materials, confirming attendance, logistics support, note taking, and follow-up as needed to support meeting productivity and goal attainment
Establish and execute processes and procedures for tracking project activities, milestones, participants, and outcomes in collaboration with the Project Manager
Enter data into appropriate database (i.e. Salesforce or TEAMS) and establish process for regular data entry and validation to ensure timely and accurate entry of all project activity and participant engagement data
Advise on data metrics, analysis and collection methods to support PDC evaluation projects and report creation
Create and prepare regular reports in alignment with TWC requests and Restore Education agency requirements
Conduct regular data analysis and share opportunities for continuous improvement with Project Manager
Format and catalogue professional development materials and resources utilized in PDC activities or of importance for the advancement of PDC goals
Organize and format content specific handouts, materials, and online resources for PDC academy, symposium, regional events, technical assistance and other PDC activities as needed
Provide data management and on-site logistics support for PDC symposium and regional events inclusive of but not limited to registration, attendance and evaluation process implementation and tracking
Collect and maintain of accurate contact information for key external project stakeholders and partners
Collaborate closely with marketing, advertisement and events contractors a to track outreach and recruitment data inclusive of but not limited to potential partners and participants across multiple sectors and industries
Assist with PDC data management Standard Operating Procedures creation and enforcement.
Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required and/or assigned.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred or appropriate combination of education and experience.
3+ years of clerical, record keeping, data management or administrative assistance experience, executive assistance experience preferred
Ability to operate standard office machines.
Advanced computer, word processing, Excel, database, and Internet experience.
Salesforce, TEAMS, or advanced CRM data management software experience required.
Strong organizational skills, including data organization and report creation.
Experience in multiple data collection and performance accountability.
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to present an image of confidence and professionalism in appearance and attitude.
Ability to organize work, set priorities, coordinate workload, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information and data gathered from work with students and parents.
Ability to provide high quality customer service to diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to learn new things and eagerness to acquire new skills.
Knowledge of the adult education system, workforce development pipelines and career pathway resources across Texas preferred

Estimated Hourly Rate: $24-28 per hour

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
Must possess a valid Class C Texas Drivers License or obtain a valid Class C Texas Drivers License within thirty (30) days after becoming a resident of the State of Texas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical requirements include visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and walking to perform the essential functions.
