About This Position

Summary/Objective

Perform a variety of duties related to the overall maintenance of all Bank facilities. Includes a mix of direct manual labor and supervision of vendors, technicians, and contractors who provide facilities-related services. Complete tasks accurately, timely, and professionally to ensure quality service to internal and external customers.

Essential Functions
  • Oversee the maintenance of all buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair activities for all customer and non-customer areas.
  • Coordinate with Bank personnel and deliver timely responses to facilities issues and requests; ensure follow-up with vendors, service providers, and requestors.
  • Perform general custodial tasks, including spot-cleaning and occasional on-demand clean-up.
  • Maintain adequate supplies in main office location.
  • Daily pickup and delivery of mail at U.S. Post Office.
  • Shipping/receiving activities, including bulk delivery and water supplies to departments.
  • Solicit proposals from vendors for various services and tasks.
  • Assist in collecting vendor documentation for vendor management program.
  • Occasional work outside normal business hours.
Competencies
  • Basic technical/trade skills, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, custodial skills.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees and customers.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule daily tasks for the most efficient use of time.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
Required Education, Experience, Physical Demands
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities-related capacity.
  • Sit, stand at intervals. Stoop, kneel, reach, lift, and crouch occasionally.
  • Properly lift and move items up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Walk and climb stairs.
  • The ability to properly use a ladder. May be exposed to moderate heights occasionally.
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle required with good driving record to travel between branches.
