GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE-ILLINI in PITTSFIELD, Illinois at Blessing Hospital

Full Time Position 36 hours per week. (7P/730A) with weekend rotation.

STARTING RATE: $15.00 (WITHOUT EXPERIENCE) + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

The purpose of this position is to assist with enhancing the customer experience by welcoming staff, patients and visitors entering Illini Community Hospital. As a Guest Services Representative, you will create positive experiences for customers through a welcoming interaction, assisting with customer navigation, explanation of what will happen next, and treating the customer with courtesy and respect.

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED – must be 18 years or older
• Positive leadership skills and experience.
• Computer literacy is required, must be able to navigate basic computer including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer services skills, ability to work independently, problem-solve, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and use critical thinking skills.
• Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Recognizing and Defusing Aggressive Behavior training (within 90 day of hire)
