Field Service Technician at BATHING BRANDS INC – Wheeling, Illinois

A national leader in the innovation, distribution, installation, and maintenance of Steam and Sauna bathing environments for over 55 years, Bathing Brands hires the most talented and passionate people to help us serve the Health and Wellness trade. We are now seeking a Field Service Technician with mechanical and technical aptitude for this hands-on position. (Please note, this is for a skilled labor role, not IT or a remote work position).

Overview:

This fulltime Field Service Technician position will entail new installations, refurbishments, and the servicing and troubleshooting of steam and sauna room equipment for bathing environments in various locations such as private residences, health clubs, sports facilities, hotels, and other health and wellness facilities. Will provide training for the right candidate.

You will start your day at our Wheeling facility, then dispatch out to clients in Chicagoland and surrounding areas. We provide uniforms, tools, and a company vehicle upon completion of your hands-on training with our seasoned technical professionals.

Requirements:

• Maintenance and repair experience from any field – HVAC, automotive, facility maintenance, construction, etc.
• Plumbing experience is highly desirable
• Experience with light electrical work is desirable
• Ability to thrive in time-sensitive and pressure situations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 -- 100 lbs
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
