Apply paint or other coatings to various surfaces using a brush or roller

Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls

Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and drop cloths

Coordinate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to client specifications

Follow safety procedures and regulations when working with potentially hazardous materials or equipment

Inspect work to ensure that it meets quality standards and client expectations

Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns that arise during the project

Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks for long hours

Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings
