Job Description

Senior Demand Generation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager based in the United States.

This is a senior growth marketing role focused on building, scaling, and measuring demand across the full B2B funnel.
You will bring together campaigns spanning content, webinars, events, sponsorships, email, lifecycle, and paid media.
The role has meaningful ownership of qualified pipeline, conversion performance, channel efficiency, and marketing measurement.
You will work across multiple channels to improve how prospects move from first interaction to booked meeting and qualified opportunity.
Success requires a practical, data-informed approach to paid acquisition, attribution, nurture, and continuous experimentation.
You will operate hands-on in marketing systems while partnering with a team that values efficiency, thoughtful experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows.
This is an opportunity to shape demand generation strategy while directly influencing business growth in a fast-moving B2B technology environment.

Accountabilities
  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across content, webinars, events, sponsorships, email, lifecycle marketing, and paid media.
  • Own qualified inbound pipeline growth, with accountability for pipeline quality, funnel efficiency, and conversion performance rather than simply lead volume.
  • Improve the end-to-end prospect journey from initial engagement through booked meetings and qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and manage paid acquisition strategy, including budget allocation, channel prioritization, testing roadmaps, performance optimization, and conversion improvement.
  • Build and refine nurture and re-engagement programs for prospects who are not yet ready to purchase.
  • Establish clearer reporting, measurement, and attribution frameworks to identify what is working and guide future investment.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to determine where to scale, optimize, experiment, or reallocate resources.
  • Build and maintain marketing programs directly within relevant tools and systems, taking a hands-on and systems-oriented approach to execution.
  • Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate campaign development, analysis, experimentation, and operational workflows while maintaining strong marketing judgment.
  • Balance near-term pipeline opportunities with longer-term demand generation programs and maintain alignment between individual campaigns and broader growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience owning B2B demand generation, pipeline growth, or a comparable growth marketing function with direct accountability for results.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline, with a strong understanding of lead quality, conversion rates, opportunity creation, and funnel economics.
  • Strong experience developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across paid media, lifecycle, email, content, webinars, events, sponsorships, or partnerships.
  • Sound understanding of paid acquisition strategy, including budget allocation, channel performance, testing, creative optimization, and conversion improvement.
  • Ability to make informed marketing decisions despite incomplete or imperfect attribution data.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear investment and optimization decisions.
  • Comfortable marketing to technical, sophisticated, and highly informed B2B audiences that respond to credible, relevant messaging rather than generic marketing language.
  • Hands-on experience working directly in marketing technology and campaign systems rather than relying exclusively on other teams for execution.
  • Strong systems thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to balance immediate opportunities with longer-term demand generation initiatives.
  • Practical understanding of how AI can improve marketing workflows, campaign execution, analysis, and overall productivity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing and other business functions.
  • Experience marketing to CFOs, FP&A teams, or other specialized B2B audiences is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO/AEO, paid creative, social media, partnerships, or sponsorships is advantageous.
Benefits
  • US compensation: $153,000–$180,000 annually, plus equity.
  • Fully remote opportunity across the Americas, with this position focused on candidates in the United States.
  • Flexible working hours designed to support distributed teams.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Regular in-person company retreats.
  • Company-provided MacBook Pro or Lenovo computer.
  • Health insurance for eligible US and Canadian employees.
  • 401(k) plan for eligible US employees.
  • Competitive total compensation including equity and additional benefits.
  • Opportunity to take meaningful ownership of demand generation strategy, pipeline growth, and marketing performance.
  • Exposure to modern AI-enabled marketing practices and a highly systems-oriented growth environment.
