- Provide actionable customer and market feedback to Product and leadership teams to influence roadmap priorities, positioning, messaging, and future go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes and repeatable enterprise GTM motions in a rapidly evolving environment.
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably including at least 3 years selling to data, cloud, engineering, or related technical personas.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing complex, high-value enterprise or mid-market deals.
- Strong understanding of modern data stacks, cloud infrastructure, data operations, observability, FinOps, or related technology markets.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, presentation, forecasting, and account-management capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage or rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with ambiguity while helping build processes, sales motions, and GTM strategies from the ground up.
- Experience working collaboratively with SDRs, marketing, product, and executive leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales intelligence platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot.
- Experience selling to Data Engineers, Cloud/DevOps leaders, or FinOps teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GenAI, data observability, AI/ML infrastructure, or related technologies is a plus.
- Experience within a Seed to Series B startup environment is an advantage.

- Significant ownership and autonomy in building an enterprise sales function and go-to-market motion.
