  • Ensure application support and maintenance activities remain aligned with applicable audit and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to additional technical activities, deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, with experience on version 2016 or later.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and C# using Visual Studio.
  • At least 5 years of development experience involving the Microsoft .NET Framework.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Swagger and Web API services.
  • Strong understanding of source control systems, including advanced branching and merging practices using technologies such as TFS, SVN, or CVS.
  • Practical experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform structured root-cause analysis.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills and a disciplined approach to testing, application support, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services such as Front Door, API Management (APIM), B2C, and Power Apps is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation of $50–$60 per hour.
  • Remote working arrangement in Canada.
  • Long-term 24+ month contract, providing stability and continuity.
  • Opportunity to work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, Azure, APIs, and modern development tooling.
  • Exposure to complex CRM application development, technical troubleshooting, service improvement, and enterprise support environments.
