This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Développeur Logiciel senior FS (IA) / Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-First) based in Canada.
This is a senior full-stack engineering opportunity focused on building practical, AI-first solutions that improve how engineering teams work.
You’ll contribute to an internal multi-model AI platform, developing agents, automations, and integrations with modern AI tooling.
A key part of the role is designing and building an internal MCP marketplace that enables secure, authenticated access to tools across multiple AI clients.
You’ll combine hands-on software development with AI enablement, helping teams adopt new technologies through technical guidance, demonstrations, and reusable tools.
The role sits at the intersection of product engineering, AI, developer experience, and organizational transformation.
You’ll work closely with product, design, operations, business, and engineering stakeholders in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Your work will have broad organizational impact, helping accelerate AI adoption while delivering scalable, production-ready experiences.
- Build and enhance an internal multi-model AI assistant, including AI agents, automations, and MCP tool integrations.
- Design and develop an internal MCP marketplace providing authenticated access to tools for AI clients such as Claude, Copilot, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop production-quality web applications and internal AI tools using modern full-stack technologies.
- Contribute to AI-powered features from initial concept through development, deployment, and adoption.
- Partner with AI enablement teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that address meaningful engineering and business needs.
- Promote the practical adoption of AI across engineering by developing technical resources, running demonstrations, and showcasing effective new workflows.
- Support engineers and other employees in adopting AI-assisted development practices and agentic technologies.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions, making thoughtful decisions around scalability, maintainability, security, and integration.
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Advocate for emerging technologies and help establish new engineering practices across the organization.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React, ideally building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Experience developing or integrating LLM-powered products, such as conversational interfaces, AI agents, MCP servers, or AI tool integrations.
- Familiarity with API design, OAuth, and integration platforms; experience with Go is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable solutions to accelerate software development, including agentic capabilities.
- Strong understanding of modern full-stack engineering practices and the ability to build reliable, scalable, maintainable software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to champion emerging technologies and influence adoption across an organization.
- Comfortable delivering technical demonstrations, creating internal documentation and guides, and explaining sophisticated technologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a distributed, collaborative environment.
- French proficiency is required for permanent positions in Quebec to communicate with local colleagues, partners, and suppliers.
- Fluency in English is required, particularly for collaboration with colleagues, customers, partners, and suppliers primarily located outside Quebec and for understanding technical documentation.
