Warehouse Production Associate in South Brunswick , New Jersey at Customized Distribution Service

Location: South Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 10:30am - 7:00pm

CDS is hiring dependable Warehouse Production Associates for our South Brunswick facility. This hands-on position supports warehouse and light-production operations, including preparing, sorting, repacking, and stacking products for shipment.

Warehouse experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.

• Sort, stack, reconfigure, and prepare cases of product for shipment
• Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders
• Use RF scanners to track and move inventory
• Place products into appropriate shipping packaging
• Inspect products and pallets and report damage
• Follow food-safety, workplace-safety, and equipment procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work cooperatively with warehouse and production team members
• Work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when required

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the shift
• Previous warehouse or RF-scanner experience is preferred
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
