Job Description

cFocus Software seeks a CODE Task Lead / EA Task Lead / Data Task Lead to join our program supporting the United States Air Force (USAF). This position is on-site in Linthicum Heights, MD. This position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Active PMP certification

Duties:
  • Manage and oversee contractor personnel and subcontractors performing Task 8 work; coordinate with Government counterparts, document requirements and activities, monitor quality and efficiency, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Lead Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 service desk support for systems, applications, infrastructure, networks, and telecommunications across the designated DC3 locations and local support windows; oversee ticket triage, routing, tracking, resolution, metrics, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs.
  • Oversee asset baseline discovery, including automated network discovery and physical audits, and delivery of a certified enterprise baseline asset inventory within the PWS timeframe.
  • Maintain governance of the hardware and software inventory library, licensing and vendor support information, total cost of operations, supply chain risk procedures, and accurate asset records available to authorized Government personnel.
  • Support Government chargeback or showback analysis and FinOps tagging for infrastructure, cloud services, applications, licenses, data transfer, training, and other covered costs.
  • Oversee secure server hosting and maintenance in the global hybrid cloud data center, including physical and environmental security requirements, and supervise provisioning of physical, virtual, and cloud servers.
  • Coordinate approved system releases, application deployments, configurations, account provisioning, network changes, security tools, and infrastructure maintenance through Government-approved baselines and change procedures.
  • Oversee continuous monitoring, logging, performance and availability reporting, capacity planning, incident response alerts, and outage escalation; direct documentation of repairs and changes through the Government-approved DevSecOps process.
  • Manage network infrastructure and service provider coordination in support of the PWS 99.999% minimum network availability target; ensure immediate notification of conditions that threaten service levels and written notification of Priority 1 incidents within 30 minutes during stated business hours.
  • Ensure operational teams provide technical evidence for RMF and ATO/cATO activities, meet applicable policies, and support secure configuration, incident response, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate the stand-up of the Enterprise and Security Operations Center and associated data center toward initial operational capability, followed by post-IOC NOC/SOC sustainment toward full operational capability.
  • Plan staffing and coordination for 12x5 on-site operations and 24/7 on-call global operational support, including monitoring and initial response under the Government-approved Incident Response Plan.
  • Assist the Government with contract-related financial and business processes, excluding inherently Governmental functions; exercise delegated authority for binding contractor decisions and alert the Government proactively to contractual, programmatic, and resource issues.
