Join Our Team as a **Licensed Physical Therapist**
Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist*
* to perform supervisory PT visits 1-2 days/week at an ALF on the northside. Position is consistent PRN. 401k is offered to all staff.
