Location: Lehigh Acres, Florida Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: Competitive pay based on experience Patient Volume: 20-25 patients per day Join a Growing, Patient-Focused Internal Medicine Practice! Our client, Associate's in Medicine & Surgery, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become an essential part of a busy and well-established Internal Medicine practice in Lehigh Acres, FL. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in an Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting Manage and monitor acute and chronic medical conditions Develop personalized treatment plans and provide follow-up care Participate in preventive healthcare and chronic care management programs Maintain a daily patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills

Qualifications Active ARNP/NP or PA license eligible to practice in Florida 1+ years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care Strong background in chronic care management Comfortable managing 20-25 patients daily Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a busy medical practice Team-oriented professional with leadership qualities Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach
