Assistant Merchandiser in Beverly Hills, New South Wales at DNAM Brands

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. The Assistant Merchandiser supports the Head of Merchandising with the organization and management of inventory.

The Assistant Merchandiser is responsible for the overall organization and administrative work for the merchandising team. This includes preparing line sheets, creating style numbers, communicating across teams, and maintaining the asset library.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the merchandising team, including tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and keeping files and communications organized.
• Update the asset library on Miro and maintain the libraries of multiple brands. Organize and update this library regularly.
• Update and maintain the organization of the asset library.
• Create line sheets with accurate information, imagery, style details, pricing, and colorways, and deliver them to the wholesale team.
• Create and maintain style numbers across all categories, ensuring accuracy from development through production and sales.
• Track developments of orders and update the master document with accurate information regarding in-house dates, cancellation dates, ATS stock, and WIP sheets.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or fashion merchandising.
• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or a related role in retail or fashion.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Google Sheets, Adobe Suite and Miro.
• Communication skills and comfort working across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
