Principal Objectives of the Maintenance Technician 3

Principal Objective of Position: The MT3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The MT3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. #ZR

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

• Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
