You will play a central role in shaping how legal work is executed across the organization, with a strong focus on efficiency, AI adoption, and workflow design. The scope spans contract lifecycle management, automation architecture, and substantive legal support across a variety of commercial and compliance matters. You will collaborate closely with senior legal leadership while also working cross-functionally with finance, compliance, and operations teams. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves speed, accuracy, and visibility across the legal function. This role is responsible for owning and evolving the legal operations infrastructure while also providing substantive legal support across core business needs. You will design, implement, and continuously improve legal workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability.

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the contract lifecycle management platform, including workflow automation and reporting capabilities
• Build and maintain automated legal processes using modern tooling such as no-code and low-code platforms to reduce manual work and improve speed
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven legal technologies while ensuring appropriate oversight, governance, and auditability of outputs
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and knowledge systems for legal workflows
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into contract status, cycle times, and legal operations metrics
• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
• Support corporate governance activities, compliance processes, and KYC or KYB workflows
• Partner cross-functionally to translate legal requirements into scalable, user-friendly operational processes

This position requires a strong blend of legal expertise, operational mindset, and technical fluency. You should be comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or a combination of both, with demonstrated impact in process improvement or automation
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management systems, ideally including configuration and workflow design rather than only usage
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms, with a strong interest in building scalable systems
• Solid understanding of commercial contract structures, including key clauses such as liability, indemnification, termination, and representations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous legal or operational challenges
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across legal, technical, and business teams
• Comfort working with AI tools in a professional setting and applying them responsibly to legal workflows
• High level of autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
