  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to training effectiveness, quality outcomes, and operational impact.
Requirements:

  • Strong background in building and scaling enterprise learning and QA programs in complex, matrixed, or global environments.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, managed services, or shared services models.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve training delivery and quality performance at scale.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle processes, healthcare operations, and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
  • Experience developing and managing global or distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and dependents.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with generous employer match and long-term savings support.
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and adoption assistance programs.
  • Employee wellness initiatives, including health screenings and coaching programs.
  • Access to professional development, learning platforms, and career growth opportunities.
