Marketing Communication Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist in the United States.

This role is centered on shaping and delivering clear, engaging, and strategically aligned communications across multiple channels, supporting both internal and external audiences. You will contribute to the development of high-quality content that strengthens brand voice, enhances engagement, and supports marketing and communications initiatives. Working within a collaborative team, you will help produce messaging for campaigns, digital platforms, sales materials, and corporate storytelling. The position requires strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content for diverse stakeholders. You will also support media relations, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:
  • Develop, write, and edit a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including internal/external messaging, biographies, letters, web content, and sales enablement assets.
  • Support campaign messaging development by creating compelling content aligned with strategic priorities and audience needs.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with established brand voice, style guidelines, and editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of content.
  • Contribute to media relations efforts by drafting press materials, monitoring coverage, and supporting outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in content planning, research, and storytelling development that strengthens organizational positioning and visibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for multiple audiences and formats.
  • Solid understanding of brand voice, marketing communication principles, and digital content strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and digital engagement strategies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
