Social Work Supervisor - LMSW in Patchogue, New York at RiseWell Community Services

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate & dedicated Program Supervisor (LMSW) to join our Crisis Residence team in Patchogue, NY.

In this role, you will complete intakes and discharges and provide direct clinical support to residents. Assist Associate Director in management of a 24 hour intensive crisis residence.

Schedule: Full-Time - Mon-Wed 7am-3pm and Thurs/Fri 3pm-11pm.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work and NYS License (LMSW) and minimum 1 year experience with mental health population. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
