This fully remote opportunity is ideal for compassionate and organized professionals who are passionate about improving patient access to healthcare and treatment support services. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients throughout their medication journey, helping coordinate reimbursement, pharmacy services, and ongoing care support. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal care teams to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience. In this role, you will guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring efficient coordination of reimbursement and pharmacy-related services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding reimbursement, copay support, and pharmacy coordination.
- Communicate directly with patients to collect information, explain program services, and provide therapy-related guidance.
- Coordinate prescription coverage, renewals, and reimbursement processes with pharmacies and insurance providers.
- Collaborate with Field Case Managers and healthcare partners to support patient onboarding and ongoing care.
- Adapt support services to different clinic and pharmacy models while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Anticipate patient challenges proactively and provide tailored problem-solving support.
- Support adverse event reporting and maintain accurate patient records and program documentation.
- Contribute to additional administrative and program support tasks as required.
The ideal candidate is bilingual, patient-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote healthcare support environment.
- Fluency in both English and French is required for candidates based in Quebec.
- Experience in customer service, patient support, or a client-facing professional environment.
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree is considered an asset.
- Experience in reimbursement, pharmacy operations, healthcare, insurance, call center environments, or clinical support is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and knowledge of medical or pharmacy terminology is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within remote teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and digital technologies.
