About Nuage Designs

For over two decades, Nuage Designs has set the standard for couture linens and luxury event rentals — trusted by the world’s top event planners, Fortune 500 companies, and luxury hotels to make moments extraordinary.

Founded in Miami’s Wynwood district in 2004, we’ve grown into a team of over 140 across Miami, New York, and Chicago — and we’re just getting started. Now entering our most ambitious chapter yet, we’re doubling down on people who care deeply about quality, design, and the art of the unforgettable.

We’re looking for exceptional people who are energized by growth, inspired by craft, and ready to help shape a company at an inflection point. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

The Delivery & Setup Associate supports our drivers in the loading, unloading, and transport of goods, materials, and equipment between Nuage Designs facilities and event venues. Beyond transport, this role is responsible for the on-site setup and breakdown of event rentals — placing tables and chairs, draping linens, and dressing tables with china, glassware, and cutlery according to the specifications for each event.

This role ensures deliveries are completed on time, safely, and efficiently — and that every installation reflects the level of quality and presentation our clients expect.

  • Keep vehicles clean, organized, and properly loaded for safe transport.

On-Site Setup & Breakdown

  • Review completed setups against the order or floor plan and correct any discrepancies before leaving the venue.
  • At breakdown, return all product, packaging, and equipment to the vehicle, ensuring nothing is left behind at the venue.

Safety & Teamwork
