Brand Partnerships & Growth Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Partnerships & Growth Specialist based in Brazil.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and partnerships professional to drive brand visibility and audience growth across key international markets. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will help expand the reach of two educational enrichment programs by developing strategic partnerships, securing media exposure, and creating innovative brand activations. You will leverage your existing professional network while building new relationships with journalists, creators, schools, educational organizations, and industry influencers. Working closely with marketing and leadership teams, you will have the autonomy to identify untapped opportunities and turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns. Your work will contribute to stronger brand positioning, increased audience engagement, qualified leads, and long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives on relationship-building, independent execution, and making a measurable impact in a global environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify and pursue creative brand growth opportunities across media, podcasts, creator partnerships, conferences, schools, community organizations, events, pop-ups, and other brand activation channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across international markets by adapting messaging and initiatives to local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Transform student achievements, mentor expertise, leadership initiatives, and organizational stories into compelling campaigns, public relations opportunities, thought leadership content, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Develop, test, and implement market-specific growth strategies that increase brand awareness, credibility, audience engagement, and commercial opportunities.
  • Leverage existing professional networks and establish new relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, creators, educational institutions, event organizers, and strategic partners.
  • Build and manage creative collaborations, including events, content partnerships, creator campaigns, webinars, competitions, community initiatives, and brand activations.
  • Proactively secure media coverage, podcast appearances, speaking engagements, conference participation, strategic partnerships, and other high-value brand exposure opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities end-to-end, from initial research and outreach through pitching, negotiation, execution, follow-up, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives and international growth strategies.
  • Monitor campaign and partnership performance, identify successful channels, and recommend opportunities to scale initiatives based on measurable results.
  • Evaluate the commercial potential of brand-building activities, connecting increased visibility and credibility with audience growth, qualified leads, demand generation, and revenue.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of professional experience in brand marketing, strategic partnerships, public relations, growth marketing, events, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building brands and developing growth opportunities across international markets.
  • An established and active professional network in at least one priority market: the United States, India, Singapore and Southeast Asia, or the Middle East.
  • Existing relationships with relevant contacts, such as journalists, media outlets, schools, educational organizations, creators, influencers, event organizers, community leaders, or other strategic partners.
  • A proven track record of independently identifying and executing opportunities across partnerships, public relations, events, creator collaborations, brand activations, and other visibility initiatives.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect brand awareness and credibility to broader business outcomes, including audience growth, qualified leads, demand, and revenue.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong storytelling, pitching, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities and confidence engaging with external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, media professionals, creators, and organizational leaders.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to turn broad objectives into actionable plans and deliver initiatives independently from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize effectively, and measure results.
  • The ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, international environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Part-time employment with an expected commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Fully remote working arrangements, with flexible working hours.
  • The opportunity to shape and grow two educational enrichment brands across multiple international markets.
  • Significant ownership and autonomy to develop and execute creative marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, campaigns, and events.
  • Collaboration with a global team of ambitious, curious, and mission-driven professionals.
  • The opportunity to build valuable international relationships and expand your professional network across media, education, and brand partnerships.
  • A results-oriented role where your ideas and initiatives can directly contribute to brand growth, audience development, and commercial impact.
  • Compensation based on the agreed annual salary in USD for the part-time engagement; specific salary details are not provided in the original job description.
