At the heart of that success is our team. Our teammates are the foundation of everything we do. About the Role
Aspirion is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Product Management & Analytics team supporting the Compass claims management platform. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of data, product, and operations — translating complex revenue cycle workflows into clear analytical insights that drive platform decisions across our core service lines: Denials, Workers' Compensation, Out-of-Network, Zero Balance, Motor Vehicle Accident, and Veterans/TRICARE.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Product Management & Analytics.
What You'll Do
• Partner with the Product Management team to define, measure, and monitor KPIs for
platform features and client-facing workflows
• Write and maintain SQL queries against production and reporting databases to support
feature development, root cause analysis, and ad hoc business requests
• Analyze claims data, liquidation trends, denial category distributions, and payer-level
performance to surface actionable product insights
• Support data validation and QA for new Compass features — verifying that field logic,
calculations match spec
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for the internal product team to track feature
adoption, data quality, and platform performance
• Produce reporting deliverables in support of the Client Success team, including payer[1]level performance summaries and claims trend analyses
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and client success teams to ensure data integrity
across reporting pipelines
What We're Looking For
• 4- 6 years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or business analyst role —
preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or a data-intensive environment
• Strong SQL skills — you're comfortable writing multi-table joins, window functions,
CTEs, and aggregate queries without assistance
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management concepts (denials, remittance, CARC/RARC
codes, ERA/835, payer contracting) is a strong plus
•Experience with Power BI or a comparable BI tool E
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured data queries and clear
findings
• Strong written communication skills — you can document what the data says and why it
matters
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment where priorities shift and
precision matters
Nice to Have
• Experience with healthcare claims data formats (UB-04, 837/835 EDI)
• Exposure to Azure Data Lake, Fabric, or cloud data warehouse environments
• Familiarity with Agile product development and backlog tools (Aha, Azure DevOps, or
similar
