Accountabilities:
  • Lead the definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business goals, user needs, and technological opportunities.
  • Drive continuous product discovery initiatives using user research, experimentation, and data-driven insights.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence for operational efficiency, user experience improvements, and business value generation.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to transform complex challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Act as a key decision-maker for product initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment across stakeholders and business areas.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on impact, effort, customer value, and company strategy.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product success metrics such as KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure traceability between discovery, delivery, and business outcomes across product initiatives.
  • Support the continuous evolution of products while balancing innovation, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Share best practices related to product management, discovery, analytics, and AI adoption across teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within agile environments.
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy initiatives with autonomy and strong business impact.
  • Strong experience in product discovery and delivery methodologies focused on continuous value generation.
  • Experience defining and monitoring product metrics, KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience leading innovation initiatives and launching new products or features.
  • Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence applications, including generative AI tools, automation, personalization, or optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern technology ecosystems including APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
  • Nice to have: experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Nice to have: experience with products related to public sector or regulated environments.
  • Nice to have: certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AIPMM, or Pragmatic Institute.
  • Nice to have: experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Nice to have: experience with platform-oriented teams, APIs, or distributed architectures.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
