Accountabilities:

Lead the definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business goals, user needs, and technological opportunities.
Drive continuous product discovery initiatives using user research, experimentation, and data-driven insights.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence for operational efficiency, user experience improvements, and business value generation.
Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to transform complex challenges into scalable product solutions.
Act as a key decision-maker for product initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment across stakeholders and business areas.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on impact, effort, customer value, and company strategy.
Define, monitor, and analyze product success metrics such as KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation outcomes.
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
Ensure traceability between discovery, delivery, and business outcomes across product initiatives.
Support the continuous evolution of products while balancing innovation, maintenance, and process improvements.
Share best practices related to product management, discovery, analytics, and AI adoption across teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within agile environments.
Proven ability to lead product strategy initiatives with autonomy and strong business impact.
Strong experience in product discovery and delivery methodologies focused on continuous value generation.
Experience defining and monitoring product metrics, KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Experience leading innovation initiatives and launching new products or features.
Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence applications, including generative AI tools, automation, personalization, or optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with modern technology ecosystems including APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
Nice to have: experience in SaaS or technology companies.
Nice to have: experience with products related to public sector or regulated environments.
Nice to have: certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AIPMM, or Pragmatic Institute.
