• Lead discovery sessions and technical assessments to identify customer data environments, laboratory systems, and integration requirements.
• Configure, deploy, validate, and support scientific SaaS solutions tailored to laboratory automation, data orchestration, and analytics workflows.
• Design and oversee data integration architectures connecting multiple systems, databases, cloud services, and laboratory technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and customer teams to deliver implementation projects on time and aligned with scientific objectives.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data sourcing, workflow automation, API integration, and sustainable laboratory data management strategies.
• Conduct technical peer reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality validation to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and technical presentations to support adoption and long-term operational success.
• Monitor project progress, provide governance across parallel initiatives, and support business development or pre-sales activities when required.
• Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communication for diverse stakeholder audiences.

• 8+ years of experience implementing scientific SaaS solutions within life sciences, laboratory research, or scientific development environments.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field, ideally with exposure to small molecule research.
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience supporting complex scientific software implementations and digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of laboratory workflow evolution, including manual, semi-automated, and fully automated laboratory environments.
• Expertise in data integration, data architecture, API development, SQL/Oracle databases, and data warehouse/lake technologies such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience working with lab informatics platforms, LIMS, laboratory automation systems, robotics, instrumentation, or digital lab platforms.
• Advanced technical skills in configuration management, file transformations (CSV, XML, XLS/XLSX, XSL), and web technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills within multinational and remote team environments.
• Experience in professional services, field applications, solution consulting, or customer delivery roles is highly desirable.
