In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret large-scale social media datasets to generate actionable insights for clients operating in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, and banking. You will ensure data accuracy, deliver high-quality reporting, and translate complex findings into compelling narratives that support business decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple social media and digital platforms while ensuring data integrity and governance standards
- Conduct in-depth social media analysis using advanced listening and analytics tools to uncover trends, sentiment, and brand performance drivers
- Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate complex data into clear storytelling that highlights business impact and supports strategic decision-making
- Stay current on emerging trends in digital marketing and regulated industry communications (health, pharma, banking)
- Support workflow optimization, data quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of analytics processes
- Contribute to ad-hoc analytical requests that support revenue growth, client engagement, and marketing initiatives
This role requires strong expertise in social media analytics, data interpretation, and storytelling, combined with experience working in data-driven environments and regulated industries. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.
- 4+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital insights, or a related data-focused role
- Strong experience using social listening and analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or Khoros
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, KPI development, and performance measurement
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or banking is highly valuable
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in workflow optimization or quality assurance is considered an asset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Competitive annual salary range: CAD $63,000 – $80,000 (based on experience and skills)
