In this role, you will act as a key bridge between technical, product, and support teams within a fast-paced digital environment. You will analyze complex datasets, investigate product behaviors, and ensure issues are accurately identified, reproduced, and resolved. The position combines deep analytical work with strong technical troubleshooting, including QA validation and root cause analysis. You will also translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders, enabling better decision-making across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role where precision, curiosity, and structured thinking directly impact product quality and customer experience. You will contribute to improving workflows, enhancing data reliability, and supporting innovation initiatives, including AI-driven projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between Support and Engineering by triaging and qualifying technical issues, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and proper documentation before escalation.
- Perform QA validation on product releases to confirm functionality aligns with business requirements, design intent, and technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis and root cause investigations to identify trends, anomalies, and system or product issues.
- Translate complex technical concepts, system behaviors, and datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage bug triaging and contribute to backlog refinement to support efficient product delivery and prioritization.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned products and support internal teams with technical and product-related inquiries.
- Support AI and data-driven initiatives, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and knowledge base resources for internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Technology Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role involving technical triage, QA, and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML, and familiarity with web structures and browser developer tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple investigations and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, support, and product teams.
- Competitive salary range: $65,500 – $80,250 CAD
