Accountabilities:

  • Perform QA validation on product releases to confirm functionality aligns with business requirements, design intent, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis and root cause investigations to identify trends, anomalies, and system or product issues.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, system behaviors, and datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage bug triaging and contribute to backlog refinement to support efficient product delivery and prioritization.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned products and support internal teams with technical and product-related inquiries.
  • Support AI and data-driven initiatives, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and knowledge base resources for internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Technology Management, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role involving technical triage, QA, and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience working with data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML, and familiarity with web structures and browser developer tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple investigations and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, support, and product teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $65,500 – $80,250 CAD
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and paramedical coverage)
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Home office setup allowance for new employees
  • Opportunity to work in a remote-first, flexible environment
  • Professional growth and learning opportunities
