This role is focused on supporting and evolving SAP environments across multiple modules, contributing directly to the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of critical business processes. You will be part of a dynamic technology environment where SAP solutions are leveraged to optimize operations and enable smarter decision-making for clients. The position involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will participate in implementation and support projects (AMS), ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with SLAs and business expectations. In addition, you will play a key role in diagnosing issues, executing tests, and ensuring system reliability. - Participate in SAP implementation projects and AMS (Application Management Services), supporting modules such as PS, PP, PM, QM, APM, or PLM.
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to understand requirements, incidents, and service requests.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on service requests with development and support teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide continuous feedback to users regarding ticket progress, resolution status, and expected timelines.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure solutions meet validated scope and quality standards.
- Analyze incidents, diagnose system issues, and identify impacts to ensure system stability and continuity.
- Propose and lead process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation actions within SAP environments.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and support standards while handling user-reported incidents across SAP modules.
- Experience working with SAP modules such as PS, PP, PM, QM, APM, or PLM.
- Background in SAP implementation projects and/or AMS support environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP processes, incident management, and service delivery workflows.
- Ability to analyze technical and functional issues through testing and diagnostics.
- Experience in requirement gathering and interaction with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of testing practices (unit and integration testing).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under SLA-driven environments.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and end users.
