Job Summary
The Customer Care Order Entry Specialist is responsible for providing a uniquely positive Customer Experience for our Dealer Partners. This is accomplished through our C.A.R.E. Values and by: accurately and efficiently entering Dealer Partner orders into our order processing systems, checking those entries for accuracy, and alerting the CARE Relationship Specialist if information for entry is not complete or clear.
Order Entry Specialist Responsibilities
- Model ECG’s Core Values especially our commitment to Customer Focus to ensure a positive, consistent Dealer Partner experience.
- Accurately and efficiently enter Dealer Partner orders into our order entry systems.
- Understand and correctly use our FreshDesk Ticket system to manage order process.
- Understand and use our digital communication tools such as email, FreshDesk, TEAMS, and RingCentral.
- Support other functions of the Order Entry team such as sending confirmations, 2nd checking orders, and covering phones when needed.
- Support the dept CAD Specialist and the accurate delivery of CAD drawings to our Dealer Partners.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Dir of Customer Experience and/or Order Entry Lead.

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid state-issued motor vehicle license
- Experience in general computer applications
- Cabinet industry or shelter goods industry experience strongly preferred
Working Relationships
Must be able to interact and collaborate with all ECG departments, specifically Quality, Operations, and Sales as well as ECG Dealer Partners and end users as needed.
Physical Requirements
• This is a preferred in-office position, however remote will be considered based on experience and qualifications.
• On an occasional basis, it may be required to go to the production floor.
This position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all require protective personal equipment (PPE). Specifically, eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times while on the production floor.
