Luxury Service Advisor – New Lincoln Facility (Opening October)

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Service Advisor to join our team at our brand-new Lincoln facility opening this October. We are hiring now to allow time for onboarding, training, and preparation ahead of the grand opening.

This is a rare opportunity for the right professional to join at the ground level of a flagship luxury facility and help shape the service culture from day one. We are looking for polished, client-focused professionals with luxury automotive experience who understand that exceptional service is about building lasting relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering a truly premium ownership experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two years of experience with a luxury automotive brand
• A polished, professional presence and attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver a premium service experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting clients
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work weekends

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with the Lincoln brand
• Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management systems
