• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
• Maintain organized patient records using DENTRIX software.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Preferred experience with DENTRIX or similar dental software.

This position requires availability Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

The hourly pay for this role is between $17 and $22, commensurate with experience.
