Job Description
Sandis is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to work with our teams in the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area and the Central Valley. We think you’d love it here if you are a high energy professional, who loves making connections and attending networking events.
Responsibilities:
- Network and outreach to potential clients for projects that align with company marketing goals.
- Help build a client pipeline through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and industry conferences.
- Produce and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and deliver the full range of our services.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish and strengthen connections.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute networking strategies, including digital platforms and social media.
- Assist with strategies to acquire new business and expand the company’s presence in the construction industry.
- Maintain and enter project, client, and business development information into the company’s CRM system
- Occasionally travel outside of Northern California to attend conferences.
What will help you be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years in business development, sales, or account management in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite, and MS Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge and strong connections in the construction industry preferred.
- Organized, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation/public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
