What you can expect as a Business Process Analyst:
- Identify and research scalable solutions, utilizing innovative technologies to optimize business processes for multiple departments.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Document and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of proposed improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing enhancements.
What we are looking for as a Business Process Analyst:
- College Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or related field preferred
- Experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience preferred
- SAP Signavio experience preferred
- Familiarity BPMN process mapping/modeling
- Experience in change management
- FL Adjuster's License, 6-20, required within 2 months after start date
