  • Support escalations, client retention efforts, contract renewals, and executive-level client conversations when required.
  • Identify opportunities to expand account value through relevant products, features, commercial solutions, operational capabilities, and distribution opportunities.
  • Help transform client feedback into actionable product and process recommendations while partnering with Product, Support, Sales, Connectivity, and other teams.
  • Monitor client health, engagement, revenue, and other account signals to identify and address potential dissatisfaction, disengagement, or churn risks early.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Enterprise service expectations, including business reviews, strategic outreach, onsite engagement, follow-up, and account documentation.
  • Review portfolio coverage, workflows, and execution quality to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Establish operating rhythms for upsells, risk reviews, account planning, client engagement, and monthly business reporting.
  • Lead initiatives that improve Enterprise Account Management processes, team productivity, and the overall client experience.
  • Act as a key liaison between Enterprise Account Management, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate client themes, priorities, risks, progress, and resource requirements clearly and transparently across the organization.
  • Maintain awareness of product capabilities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform account and team strategy.

Requirements:
