Job Description

Description:

We’re looking for a fast, nimble, highly organized Production Graphic Designer dedicated to one of our largest pharmaceutical clients. You’ll support graphics key development and production, including placement plans and dimensional specifications, prepare and adapt client-supplied and newly created graphics, and ensure all artwork is accurate, consistent, and production-ready.

You’re the person who notices when something is two millimeters off. A missing period catches your eye immediately. Alignment matters. Consistency matters. And there’s something deeply satisfying about knowing every file, every version, every specification, and every last detail is exactly where it should be.

You’re also comfortable when there’s a lot happening at once.

At ET Global, we thrive on accommodating our clients, often on tight deadlines. That means being flexible, responsive, organized, and able to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Ten projects moving simultaneously doesn’t overwhelm you. It makes you prioritize, organize, and get to work. You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with 2D and 3D designers, key account managers, project management, and production teams to take work from approved design through final production.

THE ROLE

  • Produce, adapt, resize, version, and finalize graphics across multiple projects and deliverables
  • Translate spatial booth designs into comprehensive graphics keys, accurately documenting graphic locations, dimensions, specifications, numbering, placement, and production requirements
  • Ensure graphics correspond precisely to architectural drawings, elevations, and production specifications
  • Maintain exceptional consistency across layouts, typography, imagery, brand standards, and production specifications
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files and perform detailed quality checks before release
  • Manage multiple projects, versions, deadlines, and rounds of revisions simultaneously
  • Catch the things others miss, from alignment and spacing to punctuation, dimensions, naming conventions, and file organization
  • Work quickly and confidently within established brand systems and templates
  • Partner closely with 2D and 3D designers, key account managers, project management, and production teams
  • Respond to changing priorities and tight client deadlines with flexibility and focus
  • Own your assignments from start to finish, making sure nothing falls through the cracks

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

You love precision, consistency, and order. A beautifully organized file makes you happy. Perfect alignment is not optional. You can look at a booth design, understand how its spatial components translate into graphics, and methodically account for every surface, dimension, and application.

You check your work twice because catching the smallest detail before it leaves the building is part of the craft.

You’re independent but collaborative. You manage your own time and workload, communicate clearly when priorities compete, and know how to keep multiple projects moving without losing track of the details.

Most importantly, you understand that fast doesn’t mean careless. We move quickly, we adapt, and we stay with the work until everything is accurate, complete, and ready to ship.

Requirements:

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Strong graphic design and production design experience
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience creating graphics keys, production graphics, and dimensionally accurate artwork for physical environments
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, floor plans, and dimensional specifications
  • Expert-level attention to typography, alignment, spacing, grids, dimensions, and visual consistency
  • Excellent file preparation and production skills
  • Strong organizational, task management, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous projects and revisions
  • Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and design systems
  • Experience with exhibits, environmental graphics, experiential design, or branded environments strongly preferred
  • A collaborative attitude with the confidence to work independently
  • An almost unreasonable satisfaction from getting every last detail exactly right
