Program Manager, Brand Activation
$67,000 - $72,000 a year

Our client is a leading brand activation company specializing in live consumer engagement within and beyond the retail environment. They partner with many of Canada’s leading CPG companies and major grocery retailers to bring brands to life through impactful, results-driven sampling and activation programs.

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager of Brand Activations with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in a marketing agency, event management, CPG, retail marketing, or similar environment.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously. You will take ownership of assigned programs from planning through execution, working closely with clients, retailers, internal teams, and supplier partners to ensure every activation is delivered successfully.

Client & Account Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, retailers, partners, and internal team members.
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, providing responsive, professional, and solutions-focused service.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned programs, ensuring client expectations and program objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
- Anticipate client and program needs, proactively identifying solutions and following through to completion.
- Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction across all assigned business.
Program Management & Execution
- Manage programs from initial planning through execution and completion.
- Gather and confirm all required program details to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish and manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Monitor program progress and proactively address potential issues before they impact execution.
- Manage a high volume of programs and accounts at various stages of development.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all aspects of program administration and execution.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between clients, retail partners, suppliers, and internal service teams.
- Clearly communicate program requirements and ensure all stakeholders have the information needed for successful execution.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure program details are complete, accurate, and effectively communicated.
- Provide regular, concise updates to management regarding program status, priorities, challenges, and required actions.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, accountable, and service-focused team environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in program/account management, marketing agency services, event management, CPG, retail marketing, or a related environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client programs, projects, or accounts simultaneously.
- Strong client-service mindset with confidence interacting directly with clients and business partners.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to self-monitor and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet competing deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business technology.
- Experience or familiarity with AI productivity applications is considered an asset.
