  • Stay adaptable in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments while maintaining focus on delivery quality and measurable client impact.
  • Where applicable, contribute to production machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and frontend applications that extend the value of data-driven platforms.
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience working with complex enterprise data.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with the ability to develop practical production-oriented solutions.
  • Experience with data manipulation technologies such as Pandas or Polars, and/or distributed computing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to investigate issues beyond surface-level symptoms and identify root causes.
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders and comfort operating in client-facing environments, both remotely and on site.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to client needs and preferences.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and mission-critical environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a mindset focused on creativity, continuous learning, and shared success.
  • Post-secondary or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5% within Canada and the United States without requiring visas or other travel documents that involve additional processing time.
