  • Work independently across varying project scopes and workloads while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, combined with at least 2 years of professional experience in legal, commercial, compliance, contracts, or a closely related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and develop well-reasoned assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly the ability to explain professional judgments clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to identify errors, gaps, inconsistencies, obligations, and risks in professional documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with effective document review and analysis capabilities.
  • Familiarity with commercial contracts, legal documentation, compliance materials, or related professional work products.
  • Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and apply established criteria consistently across multiple assignments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage independent work and meet quality and turnaround expectations.
  • Experience with commercial agreements, contract management, legal operations, compliance, procurement, or business affairs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, or similar commercial documents is a plus.
  • Experience identifying contractual obligations, commercial risks, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
  • Exposure to contract lifecycle management or document management platforms is a plus, as is experience in legal services, consulting, corporate commercial functions, or regulatory environments.
  • Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada and be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for this opportunity.
Benefits:
  • $80–$160 per hour compensation range.
  • Fully remote independent contractor engagement.
  • Flexible work arrangements based on project requirements and agreed schedules.
  • Weekly payments based on services rendered through available payment platforms.
  • Projects can vary in scope, duration, and workload, providing exposure to diverse legal and commercial evaluation tasks.
  • Opportunities for continued work may be available depending on project needs and individual performance.
  • The engagement does not require access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to current or former employers, clients, or institutions.
