This role sits at the intersection of healthcare technology, client success, and implementation excellence, focusing on helping laboratories and clinical organizations effectively deploy and optimize diagnostic software solutions. You will work directly with clients in both onsite and remote engagements, guiding implementations, upgrades, and workflow transformations that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. The position combines technical consulting, hands-on system configuration, and end-user training in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. This is a travel-oriented, client-facing role where adaptability, communication, and problem-solving are essential. You will also play a key role in driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern laboratory informatics platforms to enhance decision-making and performance.
- Deliver end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contractual scope.
- Provide onsite and remote consulting services, including system installation, configuration, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct client training sessions to support effective adoption of solutions and best practices.
- Use AI-enabled tools and platforms to enhance implementation efficiency, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor peers to strengthen product knowledge and delivery quality.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a scientific laboratory environment.
- Experience in laboratory information systems (LIMS) or similar healthcare IT solutions preferred.
- Prior consulting or implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python is a plus.
- Strong understanding of workflows, system integrations, and multi-system environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using AI tools to support productivity and workflow optimization is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites.
- Competitive annual base salary range: $75,300 – $101,300 (based on experience and location).
