Job Description
Role Overview:
The RevOps Analyst is a highly technical, deeply analytical, and critical role driving the financial and operational health of our US Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. You will sit at the intersection of data, revenue billing, and insurance operations, ensuring our revenue engine runs flawlessly.
We are looking for an analytical powerhouse who is fiercely autonomous. This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction; we need a proactive self-starter who can take a high-level problem, dive into the data using SQL, Excel and Python, and build a scalable solution from scratch. You will own the end-to-end revenue billing workflows, act as the definitive source of truth for RPM metrics, and continuously optimize our revenue cycle as we scale across the US market.
Revenue & Billing Operations:
Own the end-to-end RPM program: tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of revenue billing and insurance operations workflows.
Manage billing cycles, revenue reconciliation, and invoice accuracy across customer accounts.
Coordinate with insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure claims, authorizations, and reimbursements are processed accurately and on time.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in billing and insurance workflows; propose and implement automated or process-driven solutions.
Data & Analytics:
Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to track key RPM metrics (collection rates, denial rates, billing cycle time, etc.) using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
Extract and manipulate large datasets to uncover revenue leakages and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance:
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional questions related to revenue billing and insurance operations.
Ensure compliance with US payer guidelines, billing codes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Support financial audits and documentation needs as the company scales
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, billing, insurance operations, or business/data analytics.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced revenue analytics. Highly proficient in advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and BI tools.
Autonomy & Drive: Extreme ownership mentality. You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and executes with minimal hand-holding.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US revenue cycle management (RCM) concepts.
Systems Experience: Experience working with modern billing platforms, CRM systems, or practice management systems.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and high comfort level with complex financial data reconciliation.
Communication: Ability to communicate complex data clearly with clinical, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across different geographies.
Experience with US insurance claims processing, payer contracting, or prior authorizations.
Background in health tech, insurance tech, or a similarly regulated healthcare industry.
Experience building operational processes and data pipelines from scratch at an early-stage company.
Knowledge of denial management and appeals workflows
