Human Resources Specialist - Human Resources & Risk Management (Prescott) in Prescott, Arizona at Yavapai County Government

• Administers functions within assigned area which include but are not limited to: collecting and analyzing statistical data; maintaining specialized databases, inputting and retrieving data, and producing routine and ad hoc computer reports; creating, preparing and maintaining common departmental and confidential employee records in accordance with requirements of county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, policies and procedures; creating and/or reconciling reports.
• Provides customer service to employees, management, applicants, and other customers, both internal and external.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
