  • Collaborate with teammates on complex engineering, architecture, and design challenges while contributing to a supportive and accountable engineering culture.
  • Develop secure software and apply best practices for API security, session management, data validation, and protection against common vulnerabilities.
  • Mentor other engineers, provide constructive feedback through code reviews, and help strengthen technical capabilities across the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly building and operating SaaS applications.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Python, React, and AWS.
  • Practical experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin.ai, Codex, or comparable tools in professional development environments.
  • Experience with modern cloud-native technologies, containerized environments, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and experience with production-grade software systems.
  • Familiarity with LLM technologies, AI-assisted development, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) components is highly valuable.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, observability, security, and reliability.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving production incidents and working effectively within an operational or on-call environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively and mentor colleagues with empathy.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and continuously improve engineering practices.
