Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Guaynabo at TPIS

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for high-volume positions.
• Conduct outbound calls to candidates, including initial contact, pre-screening, interest validation, and interview coordination.
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation in recruitment systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)..
• Support additional Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment and/or talent coordination for high-volume positions, preferably in call centers or fast-paced environments.
• Experience conducting outbound candidate calls and managing multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Dynamic, self-starter profile with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to travel to different company facilities, based on operational needs.
