About us

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a technology-enabled property management service and platform focused primarily on single-family rental homes and small residential portfolios across the United States.

Originally known as Renters Warehouse, the company was rebranded in April 2026 after being acquired by GA Technologies.

Summary

This position is the integral to our property management services and being a professional landlord. This position's main goal is to retain clients through efficient and effective cash management and owner payment by managing a multi-site team of property accountants.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties

  • Oversees Property Accounting team responsible for daily rent deposits and processing of cash disbursements on behalf of RENOSY by Renters Warehouse clients.
  • Be visible and/or available to all teams.
  • Coach and develop team members, including training and onboarding new members.
  • Assign and monitor daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Monitors and manages response times for owner concerns and questions regarding accounting. Provide customer service via phone and email to property owners.
  • Take escalated calls from clients to provide de-escalation and resolution.
  • Works extensively in cloud-based management software performing accounting and other related property management tasks.
  • Monitors and oversees an ACH payment system by sending and receiving payments and updating ACH account information.
  • Reviews accounting for lease end (dispos) and management end (cancellations) transactions.
  • Responsible for bank transfers between trust accounts.
  • Reviews exception reporting for payables and payments.
  • Assist in defining accounting needs for IT, identifying system improvements, and understanding the flow of transactions in accounting system.
  • Assists in preparation of year-end accounting and financial statements.
  • Assists in the collection of required tax information and preparation of necessary tax documents.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Provide 5-star customer service to internal and external clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will supervise a team of 4-5 staff members within the department. Responsibilities will include:

  1. Assist in the hiring process to determine the scope of each role and the experience and education requirements needed to perform that role.
  2. Notify supervisor and HR if Job Descriptions need to be updated due to changes in the role or technology.
  3. Train and develop each staff member to perform duties at a level of meeting expectations or higher. Assign and review goals for each employee at least semi-annually.
  4. Conduct Team Meetings (L10’s), as appropriate, to develop teamwork, recognize, and reward staff and ensure positive communication amongst team members.
  5. Meet with employees in one-on-one meetings at least monthly, to provide motivation, instruction, feedback, and support. Understand the aspirations of each staff member to guide them toward lateral or promotional opportunities, as applicable.
  6. Monitor and address behaviors exhibited that are outside the company’s culture and policies.
  7. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, when necessary, to ensure employees are performing at their expected levels.
  8. Maintain awareness of the company and department policies to ensure that all are abiding by such. Keep your supervisor aware of any employee concerns and consult HR as needed for guidance and direction, as needed.

  • Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications.

Education and/or Experience
  • Education: 2- or 4-year Degree in Accounting related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of work experience in Property Accounting or management experience.
  • Experience in Banking a plus
