We're hiring a Comfort Advisor to own our replacement sales pipeline.
This isn't a lead-handed-to-you sales job. It's a business inside a business... and we're looking for the person who wants to own it.

What this job actually is
You'll be in homes... sometimes comfortable, sometimes not. You'll sit across from homeowners who've just been told their 20-year-old furnace needs to go, who are stressed about the cost, and who are deciding whether they trust you. Some will buy. Some won't. You'll lose deals you thought you had, and close ones that surprised you.
You'll build your own pipeline alongside the leads we send. That means working the customer database, following up on unsold consultations, and staying in front of Comfort Club members. Nobody hands you a full calendar and tells you to go close.
This is commission-only after the ramp. Your income reflects your activity, your close rate, and the relationships you build. There's no base salary to fall back on in a slow month. There is a ceiling worth working toward, and the structure to get there.
Who we're looking for
You've sold before, and you've sold something that took trust to close, not a trigger to pull. You can sit in the discomfort of a homeowner deciding in real time whether to spend five figures, without rushing them or caving on price. You follow up when the deal goes quiet, because you already know that's where most of the money is.
You don't need to know HVAC. We'll teach you the product and the four-option walkthrough. We can't teach you the discipline to follow up when it goes silent, or the spine to ask for the sale and wait through the pause after.
Compensation:$96,000 - $240,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home comfort consultations and present all four system options clearly so homeowners make confident, informed decisions.
- Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through the existing customer database, Comfort Club member list, and field referrals.
- Track and report weekly sales activity, close rate, and pipeline status to ownership.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience (in-person preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean motor vehicle record.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
