WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:

As our entry-level Inside Sales Representative, you'll make outbound phone calls, engage with existing clients, and drum up more interest in our wide range of products and services. To succeed, you'll need to be highly communicative, results-driven, and motivated to meet your goals. Here's what you can expect:

  • Informing clients about new products, services, and our competitive pricing
  • Learning about clients' business needs and demonstrating how our products and services meet those needs
  • Serving as a product consultant and confidently recommending the appropriate products for clients
  • Maintaining regular email communication with clients
  • Professionally representing W.B. Mason in every interaction
  • Strengthening professional relationships by engaging in active listening, strategic probing, and problem solving to ensure clients' needs are appropriately met

Inside Sales Representative targets:

  • 100 outbound phone calls per day or two hours of talking time
  • 15 quote submissions per month
