Reports to Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality service to guest according to acceptable standards of the profession and the organization.
• Maintains close and frequent contact with contract guest, and strengthen rapport between the restaurant and guest.
• Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage
• Ensures personal compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Works harmoniously with fellow employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
