Are you passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care? We are looking for an experienced, patient-focused Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Jacksonville II (Henderson) office!

This role is essential in helping patients understand and move forward with their oral surgery treatment plans while creating an exceptional patient experience from consultation to completion.

• Welcome and support oral surgery patients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
• Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Present and explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial arrangements clearly and thoroughly
• Coordinate oral surgery cases, including scheduling procedures and follow-up appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and review coverage related to treatment recommendations
• Discuss financing options and help patients navigate payment solutions
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Denticon
• Help patients feel educated, prepared, and at ease throughout their treatment journey
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Oral Surgery, front desk OS experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment presentation, and financial arrangements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered mindset
• Ability to lift 15-20lbs
