This role is a senior-level SAP Materials Management position focused on leading procurement and inventory transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes while ensuring full alignment with evolving Brazilian tax and regulatory requirements. Acting as the functional expert for SAP MM, you will guide design decisions, support implementation projects, and ensure seamless integration with FI and SD modules. The position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders, translating business and regulatory needs into scalable SAP solutions. You will also serve as a key knowledge leader, driving adoption of tax reform impacts across teams and mentoring junior consultants. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences compliance, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide procurement performance.

• Lead SAP MM workstreams across implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery of robust Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Act as the SAP MM subject matter expert for Brazilian Tax Reform, guiding design decisions and defining system impacts (CBS, IBS, IS).
• Configure and optimize SAP MM processes, including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and valuation.
• Assess and implement tax reform impacts across procurement and inventory processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper tax determination in purchasing documents and seamless integration with SAP FI and external tax solutions.
• Coordinate RICEFW developments with technical teams, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and business needs.
• Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare stabilization activities.
• Lead knowledge sharing initiatives and mentor junior consultants to strengthen functional capability across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between procurement processes, tax requirements, and system design.

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant with strong exposure to full-cycle implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian localization and tax regulations, particularly their impact on procurement processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong understanding of SAP MM configuration.
• Proven ability to analyze and implement tax-related changes within enterprise procurement environments.
• Strong integration knowledge between SAP MM, FI, and SD modules.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams on RICEFW developments and system enhancements.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, with strong communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
