Job Description

Training supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  • Oversee onboarding, refresher, and continuous education programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, learner performance, and operational results.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Ensure training materials, assessments, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
  • Track and report training metrics, attendance, certifications, and completion rates.
  • Support nesting, coaching, and transition activities from training to production.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive learning environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training department.

Requirements
  • English proficiency of 90% or above (written and spoken B2+/C1 preferred).
  • Previous experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or Leadership roles.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and training results.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility with schedules and business needs.
  • Consistent performance metrics during the last 3 months.
